Third Avenue Lobby
This lobby and common space renovation, utilizes neutral materials to brighten up the dim spaces. The lobby conceptually wraps two materials, marble and blackened steel to designate zones within the small space. Throughout the corridors, grey stone floors and bright white walls brighten up the spaces, wood panels were incorporated throughout the corridors as way finding elements. All bathrooms were lightened up with the same grey stone floor and white ceramic chevron tiles for the walls.
