MSM Wellness - Medical Offices

This commercial fit-out of a medical office maximizes the space for varied programmatic uses. Fit within the office are four enclosed treatment rooms, three open air treatment rooms, an acupuncture room, a massage therapy room, an x-ray room, executive office suite, pantry, reception space, and a gym.  

The low-height treatment rooms allow natural light to pass over, illuminating the office. Transom windows throughout the enclosed treatment rooms also allow natural light to pass through. The ceiling was treated with black paint to open up the height of the space and linear light fixtures playfully draw patients down through the space.

Team Role:

Involved in the planning, SD, DD, CD and CA stages. Developed the project as a BIM model. Led the coordination of requirements for the treatment rooms with the client and subcontractors. Oversaw all construction for the office and was the primary point of contact for the contractor and client.
