SoHo Facade & Lobby
The design of the landmarked facade called to the neighborhood surroundings and historical photos in color scheme and door renovation. All renovation details for the facade were originated with historical accuracy to preserve the aesthetics of SoHo. The lobby was opened up with the removal of a side corridor to allow for the mailroom and packages for residents.
